Where do I start? Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I was looking to simply get a quote on a window that I needed fixed. When I called I got Nydia; the most caring, friendly and outgoing woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only did she walk me through the process of what I needed to do in order to get the window panel to their location, she told me that they would lend me the tool to take it out. As a 25-year-old at the time of this post I can say that helped tremendously as I’m still in the stage of life where rent and food take precedence over most things in my budget. When I arrived at the shop with the panel Jim and Patrick cut and swapped the panel in about 15 minutes.
So I have to say: Thank you Jim, Nydia, Patrick, and the whole crew at Rohan Glass. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience as a consumer. The whole team really cares and wanted to help me out lending their knowledge on a topic I knew nothing about. It’s a rare thing to see in this town, let alone this day and age. It was especially great to see at this time of year what with the holidays coming up. They are truly great human beings that are passionate about the work they do and they do so in such an efficient manner.
