Replaced double pane glass panels in a large window and a door - We went to their store and explained our job, which was changing clear double pane glass for frosted glass. It is a multi-generation family business, and the people who work there all seem very experienced. Someone came to the house and took exact measurements, and confirmed the original estimate. Once the glass panels were fabricated, the two men who installed them were very methodical, careful, and clearly very competent. We are very satisfied with the result.

I needed 12 pieces of mirrored glass cut for a project I was working on. I called around to a few businesses including Rohan. I had already been given a slightly less expensive quote from another larger glass shop in the valley. The other store would have had my glass ready the same day but it was a bit of a trek. When I mentioned it to Rohan (I'm not actually sure the name of the man who helped me) he said that he would match the price. I like keeping business local whenever possible, so I bought the pieces from him instead. I had to wait a few days because they don't cut all of the glass there in the shop, but everything was done correctly and for a competitive price. I was very happy and still love the project I did for our home. I would totally go back there again.

We have used Rohan Glass Company on several occasions. The most recent was when we were in need of commercial storefront windows and doors during our office renovation. Rohan gave us a great price and even some ideas on the use of tinted glass. Replaced three small panes of glass - I brought three multi-light windows into the shop and Rohan's replaced three small panes of glass, ready the next day for pickup by me. Their glazing was beautiful. Each piece of glass was $6.00 and it was $15.00 for the labor for each one. I thought the labor cost was a bit high. It would take just minutes to replace these, but they do excellent work. They asked me to write them a review on Angie's List. They had no idea what I would say. Rohan Glass Company were first referred to us by my boss when we were looking for a commercial glass company to install all of the tinted glass storefront windows, framed mirrors, tempered security glass and some counter bullet proof glass at the check cashing store where I work. She was efficient, polite, and friendly and my glass was ready for pick-up quickly. $89.00 for beveled, tempered glass is a GREAT price. I had no idea that glass replacement was so reasonable. I did measure and pick it up myself to keep the price down. I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the fine folks at Rohan Glass Company. We have some weird and wacky requests sometimes but they always entertain us and provide exactly what we ask for. We recently called them out during our home remodel to replace an old clear glass door with a frameless tempered glass and also to make our kitchen sliding glass door into tinted glass to avoid the afternoon sun. You can tell that the employees care about doing a great job and you see that they have a lot of knowledge and experience, especially in specialty glass. Where do I start? Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I was looking to simply get a quote on a window that I needed fixed. When I called I got Nydia; the most caring, friendly and outgoing woman I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only did she walk me through the process of what I needed to do in order to get the window panel to their location, she told me that they would lend me the tool to take it out. As a 25-year-old at the time of this post I can say that helped tremendously as I'm still in the stage of life where rent and food take precedence over most things in my budget. When I arrived at the shop with the panel Jim and Patrick cut and swapped the panel in about 15 minutes.
So I have to say: Thank you Jim, Nydia, Patrick, and the whole crew at Rohan Glass. I've never had a more pleasant experience as a consumer. The whole team really cares and wanted to help me out lending their knowledge on a topic I knew nothing about. It's a rare thing to see in this town, let alone this day and age. It was especially great to see at this time of year what with the holidays coming up. They are truly great human beings that are passionate about the work they do and they do so in such an efficient manner.

These guys are incredibly professional and do high quality work. I recently had several large mirrors installed for my yoga studio and they did a great job. Great people! I bought some glass from them to built shelves for a built-in after my renovation. Nydia was amazing! She told me how to measure the space I have to make sure I had the right measurements, and she advised me how to install my shelves. We did have a small problem with the size the first time but she helped me out and we got the pieces cut the right size on the second time.
This was a good experience even when there was a small bump on the road.

One call to Rohan did it all! They came out the next day, measured for a supporting bar, and had it installed a few days later. I was kept up-to-the-minute on the ordering of the part, the cost, and the time it would be available to be put in. Not only does this piece look like it has always been a part of the shower, but the door once again works beautifully and the cost was very reasonable. Can't ask for more than that!
